2. What are the requirements for the ACCREDITATION EXAM?

A nurse interested in taking the Accreditation Exam must be working in a dialysis facility or has already undergone Dialysis training. Accreditation exams are held after every update, so make sure to attend the update first.

Requirement:

-         Certificate of Hemodialysis Training (not less than 30 days)

-         PRC License

-         IVT License

-         RENAP Membership ID

-         Accreditation Exam Fee is Php 550
